Window cords fray and will snap over time, at WES we only fit the highest quality cord. Working cords and pulley systems are an essential part of functioning sash windows.

When cords are renewed the pulleys are serviced, weight chambers cleared of debris, cord grooves on the sashes are cleared of old cords and nails, then the windows are fully re-assembled and tested.
